I am a Licensed Psychologist working individually with adults as well as with young children and families. I have worked in a variety of capacities and settings, including hospitals, schools, and the private sector, which provides me with the breadth of experience that I bring into my practice. I have advanced training in experiential dynamic psychotherapy through the Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) Institute. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher with training in ayurvedic yoga therapy.
