Psychotherapy involves self-reflection, connection, and change. It is a process that takes courage, enlists and revitalizes inner resources, and supports movement toward healing and transformation. A safe space and trusted therapeutic relationship are essential and I actively collaborate with you to develop both.

We each enter into therapy with our unique history, current life circumstances, and intentions for the work. The body, mind, and emotions are sources of information for us to work with, as well as portals for change.

My approach to psychotherapy integrates my training in trauma, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and work with the body. AEDP is my foundational treatment approach and I utilize EMDR when appropriate. I work with adults and clients in their late teens. I’m also available to consult with new parents on developing secure attachment and supporting healthy development from the earliest days of life.
